Solidaritet med de amerikanska hamnarbetare

Seko Tunnelbanan, Klubb 111 uttrycker sin solidaritet med den stora strejken bland hamnarbetare på USA:s östkust med krav på kollektivavtal med löneökningar och skydd av deras jobb.

Tiotusentals hamnarbetare i USA gick ut i strejk för första gången på decennier under press från de stigande levnadskostnaderna, samtidigt som företagen i branschen räknar med en ofattbar vinsttillväxt.

Hamnarbetarstrejken bevisar i praktiken att utan arbetarna RÖR SIG INGENTING och är därför en måltavla för både demokrater och republikaner, som skräms av arbetarklassens organiserade, radikala krav och aktioner.

Ett stort ansvar för arbetarnas negativa situation ligger också hos det korrupta, välbetalda ledarskapet i många amerikanska fackföreningar. På samma sätt som de i åratal har lagt hinder i vägen för utvecklingen av kamper och krav, odlar de klassamarbetets logik, sociala dialoger, tröghet och tilldelning.

En för alla och alla för en!

Seko Tunnelbanan, Klubb111, the union for all workers in Stockholm´s metro, Sweden, expresses its solidarity with the big strike of the dockworkers (ILA, International Longshoremen’s Association) on the East Coast of the USA who are demanding Collective Contract with wage increases and protection of their jobs.

Tens of thousands of dockworkers in the US have gone on strike for the first time in decades under the pressure of rising costs of living, at the same time that companies in the industry are having unimaginable profit growth.

The dockworkers’ strike proves in practice that WITHOUT THE WORKERS NOTHING MOVES and that is why their strike is being targeted by both Democrats and Republicans who are terrified of organized, militant working class demand and action.

The corrupt, well-paid leaders of many American unions also bear enormous responsibility for the negative situation of workers. As they have for years put obstacles in the way of the development of struggles and demands, they have fostered the logic of class collaboration, social dialogue, inaction and “delegation” of struggles.

One for all and all for one!

Solidarity with RMT and Rail workers’ Strikes in United Kingdom

Seko Klubb 111. the union who organizes the workers in Stockholm´s Underground, Sweden, expresses solidarity with RMT and the strike of the workers on the railways in UK.

The railway workers are demanding wage increases while fighting against the employer’s anti-workers plans to increase working hours and layoffs.

At the same time, the bosses continue to count huge profits, treat employees as costs, and promote tough anti-workers’ measures.

Today, workers are confronted with inflation, high cost of living, the escalation of the anti-workers’ attack that requires workers to sacrifice their lives for the profits of the companies. The workers’ struggle is fair because it is a struggle for their lives.
